What country does that person come from? Even I, who lives in the "Text Messaging/SMS Capital of The World" - a.k.a. the Philippines, do not text message like that! I bet I could write better when I was in Kindergarten.

Let me try to translate that:
First, I'm not writing a paper here, I'm just writing for fun. It can be like text messaging. And second, we learn it for 12 years, we don't learn it in Kindergarten. Third, I completed 8 and a half of those years to know proper English and the next 3 and a half (years) are going to be okay.

Final Translation: I DIDN'T LEARN HOW TO WRITE IN KINDERGARTEN SINCE I WAS BUSY PICKING MY NOSE SO I'M THINKING THAT IT'S THE ONLY THING I SPENT 8 AND A HALF YEARS LAZILY TRYING TO LEARN. THAT'S FINE SINCE I'M NOT GETTING A COLLEGE ACCEPTANCE LETTER AND I HAVE NO PLANS ON GOING.

I could communicate better than that in kindergarden. I don't even write text messages like that.
