My friends and I went to the local bookstore to see Bran Hambric: The Farfield Curse in stores on 9/9/09! I also secretly signed a copy in the store, so if you’re at a bookstore in the Los Angeles area, you might stumble across it

I went to my local book store and preordred it, And when I told the owner that it was your first book he gave me a funny look. And said “Well if its his first book how did you hear about it?” And in response to that I showed him your website. And now hes got his own copy. Congrats on your book.

LOL! That's hilarious! I just bought my lovely copy after school yesterday, and have been guarding it with my life ever since–younger siblings are known predators of new and un-battered books. I'm on Ch. 7 now. This is fun! Hope to see you in Northridge, Kaleb! and congrats on your dream come true!

I watch all your funny vidoes several times over, and the thing I liked best about you “If I Become a Really Really Really Famous Author” one was the randomly signing books, and the going on chatrooms and giving out secrets, ha! But this was GREAT! I SO want to do that some day. It's like walking through an “employee's only” door, knowing you have the authority to do so. You can sign your book because it's yours.
I'm glad B&N let you bring the video camera! (in their e-mail for this week they had a link that led right to a page with your book)
