My Music On Youtube

Wowsa, this has been a crazy week with school starting and a billion other things going on! I heard back from my publishers, and it looks like we’ve almost got that big trip set up, where we’ll meet up to talk about marketing and the release and such (mayhaps, if I’m lucky, they’ll have a release date ready!). Also, it won’t be too much longer before things really get moving, and I get to see the epic cover art they’re cooking up :D

Meanwhile, I’ve started uploading parts of the Bran Hambric soundtrack onto Youtube so all my subscribers can listen to the songs whenever they want, plus read info on each song. I’ll be putting up a song every week or two, and also making them available for free download! Here’s one of the videos, and click here to see it on Youtube and find out how to download it for free:

With my music on Youtube, it also gives people a chance to rate the songs and also to comment on each one, so I know which ones people really like.

I don’t have a specific order yet of which one’s I’ll open as free downloads, but if there is one you particularily like on my music page, let me know in the comments which song is your favorite, and I’ll try to add those sooner!

"It seems like at this same time last year, I was lounging about with hardly any homework, hours upon hours of writing fun, and bits and pieces of even more spare time between to eat lasagna and explore. Now, I’m lucky if I can snatch enough time to write a simple blog post. What changed? How did this travesty of a schedule become imposed upon myself?"

Don't say that! I'm in my second semester of college and I can still find a lot of time to write and do other non-school related things. This makes me scared =(
  • Very cool! I thought I was the only one who composed music for my novels -- I just had a studio session last week for SHIVER's theme.

I was watching through a lot of your vids and browsing the Bran Hambric site. Big mistake. D: I totally had a dream about this video. It was such a simple dream, too -- it was just this song and a giant, blue background with a moon pendent. Your book isn't even OUT yet and this is happening. I have this inkling that I dreamt about a boy and a bank, too, but it's fuzzy.

Theme To Bran And Rosie is definitely one of my favorites. A Boy Named Bran is second. You are amazingly talented.

I really like "Theme To Bran And Rosie" and "The Box In The Bookstore." Those are my favorites =)

Brilliant idea. :) I'm looking forward to downloading all of your songs. They're extremely well-composed!
